Seattle Musical Theatre, formerly the Civic Light Opera, is located inside Warren G. Magnuson Park, a decommissioned naval air base in Seattle's Sand Point neighborhood and near Sand Point Fields. The theatre is a 400 seat venue located inside Building #47, the old recreation center for the air base. The facility contains free parking for patrons.
