Nordo's Culinarium in Pioneer Square will be transformed into the comfy retro cabin of a Boeing 707 Stratocruiser, where you and your fellow passengers will dine on modernist international cuisine inspired by vintage dishes (courses include sirloin-tip roast beef and a deconstructed wonton soup) perfectly paired with a "cocktail flight" (get it?). As award-winning composer Annastasia Workman channels the music of Henry Mancini, you'll follow the trail of three spies as they scheme to steal the secrets of genetic modification in this deliciously clever comedy of international intrigue that's equal parts James Bond and James Beard.
