Dr. Myles Stanton and his bubbling assistant Blaine, who is obsessed with an invasion from Mars, are in charge of an obsolete observatory in the dessert. On the evening of the launch of Sputnick, they notice a strange light in the sky. Three strangers arrive dressed in trench coats, fedoras and sunglasses, and involve the men in an international game of cat and mouse that will keep you guessing and laughing until the surprise ending.
